Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Sales Manager based in the Philadelphia area. The Key Account Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships, developing sales strategies, and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves regular client communication to understand their needs, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the position requires maintaining thorough knowledge of ALS services and ensuring that client projects benefit from the highest level of service and reporting accuracy.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales and developing effective sales strategies
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interactions and collaboration
- Proven ability in Key Accounts management and building long-term client relationships
- Proficiency in Account Management, including developing and executing account plans
- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred
- Experience working with environmental consultants or related industries is an advantage
- Familiarity with compliance requirements in the environmental and analytical services sector is beneficial
