Job Summary - Support recruitment for corporate positions in Finance, HR, Operations, Procurement, and IT teams. - Conduct candidate interviews via phone or in-person. - Screen, qualify, or reject candidates based on interview performance and resume review. - Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles. - Serve as the main point of contact for candidate inquiries. - Achieve weekly quotas for calls and emails to candidates. - Develop and execute recruitment and interview strategies, especially for warehouse positions. - Source candidates using online resources and internal applicant tracking systems (ATS). - Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and knowledge relative to job requirements. - Provide clear and compelling information to candidates about the company and job opportunities. - Coordinate and manage interview scheduling and logistics between candidates and hiring managers. - Document all candidate communications throughout the recruitment process. - Manage all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, including offer presentation, negotiation, and administrative tasks. - Contribute to the development of creative and cost-effective sourcing and recruiting strategies.
