Job Summary (List Format): - Position Type: Temporary (Temp to Perm opportunity) - Pay Rate: $24 per hour - Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Work Locations: Multiple customer sites in South Bay and East Bay (e.g., Menlo Park, Mountain View, San Jose, Santa Clara, Fremont, Oakland, Livermore; locations vary daily) - Dress Code: Business casual - COVID Requirements: None - Driving Requirement: No driving required as a temp; may require driving Ricoh/customer vehicles if converted to permanent employee - Interview Process: Two rounds – initial virtual interview followed by in-person interview for selected candidates - Key Responsibilities: - Support various customer locations by providing services such as mail, shipping/receiving, copy/production center, reception, hospitality, and conference room setups - Perform job duties independently or as part of a team, depending on site staffing - Adapt to diverse work environments (law firms, retail corporate offices, warehouses, etc.) - Absorb training effectively (take notes, ask questions, demonstrate initiative) - Provide excellent customer service - Be flexible to last-minute changes in daily work location - Physical Requirements: - Able to stand and walk extensively at certain sites - Able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance - Additional Details: - Free parking at all work locations - Mileage reimbursement available after first 15 miles each way of commute - Temp-to-perm opportunity based on meeting minimum hours and performance
