Job Summary - Assemble and install hardware components in copier and printer mainframes according to customer specifications - Test assembled units using standardized checklists and QA processes to ensure proper functionality - Stage and prepare completed units for shipment - Utilize basic computer skills for setup and documentation - Use mechanical tools such as screwdrivers and nut drivers - Handle units ranging from small printers up to 50 lbs.; team lifting required for heavier items - Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining safety standards - Work collaboratively in a team-based environment - Occasionally lift and move equipment (up to 75 lbs.), and push/pull wheeled items (up to 700 lbs.) - Frequently perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, stooping, bending, squatting, and kneeling - Maintain professional conduct in all company and customer interactions - Follow written instructions and meet deadlines - Work primarily in a warehouse environment with exposure to minor physical risks (cuts, burns, chemical solvents) - May be required to work overtime as needed - Free parking provided - Temp-to-hire schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, $18.00/hr, no driving required, smart casual dress code
