Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Repair Technician based in Charlotte, NC. The Repair Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining equipment and appliances to ensure optimal performance. Primary tasks include conducting thorough troubleshooting, providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries or concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution.
