About the Role

As an Entry Level Carpet Cleaning Technician, you'll learn how to professionally clean and restore carpet, upholstery, and other residential surfaces while delivering outstanding customer service. Working alongside experienced technicians, you'll develop specialized skills using professional equipment and proven cleaning methods that help homeowners maintain and protect their homes.

What You'll Do

Assist with residential carpet and upholstery cleaning services using professional equipment and cleaning techniques. Prepare equipment and work areas, inspect flooring and furnishings, communicate with customers, and help deliver exceptional results on every project. Learn proper cleaning procedures, equipment operation, stain removal techniques, and safe work practices while maintaining company vehicles and equipment in excellent condition.

As your skills grow, you'll take on additional responsibilities and continue advancing within the company.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for dependable individuals who enjoy working with people and take pride in doing quality work. Previous experience in carpet cleaning is not required.

Candidates with backgrounds in construction, restoration, warehouse operations, moving, landscaping, maintenance, automotive detailing, hospitality, or other physically active roles are encouraged to apply.

Successful candidates have a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the motivation to learn. You should be comfortable performing physical work, using hand tools and equipment, and working both independently and as part of a team.

A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
