Position: Carpet Cleaning Technician
Earnings: $40,000–$60,000/year with growth opportunities (average tech earns $200/day tips). Technians average $10,000 per year in tips.

What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Professional, clean-cut, and well-spoken.
- Hardworking with a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail (OCD types welcome!).
- Physically able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
- Bonus: Carpet cleaning or related experience is a plus.
Your Responsibilities:
- Cleaning & Consulting: Perform services like carpet cleaning, area rug cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, and upholstery care.
- Customer Experience: Provide exceptional service to create "raving fans" and identify additional cleaning needs in their homes.
- Knowledge: Stay informed about our services to consult confidently with clients.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Keep your work vehicle clean and ready to go, inside and out.
Schedule:
Flexibility is key! Our technicians’ schedules adapt to our customers’ needs. Workdays typically begin at 8:00 AM for drive time, with the first job scheduled around 9:00 AM. Technicians average 2–4 jobs per day. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required for commercial accounts.
