Schedule and Location

Pay and Earning Potential
Base pay starts at $22.00 - $27.00 per hour, depending on experience, with performance pay, commissions, and bonuses on top.
Total earning potential of $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
Top-performing technicians regularly earn $70,000-$90,000 annually

What You'll Be Doing
Provide professional carpet, upholstery, tile, and specialty surface cleaning services inside residential homes while delivering high-quality, noticeable results, following proven processes, and communicating clearly with customers to ensure a strong experience without high-pressure sales.
Training and Requirements
Paid, hands-on training is provided, so no experience is required for the right person; however, trade, labor, or hands-on experience is a plus; you should be comfortable working with tools and equipment, have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and be dependable and professional in a customer-facing environment.
