Qualifications:
- Education level requirement for this position is at least a high school graduate or GED graduate with some post-high school courses in healthcare administration, accounting, finance, and/or business administration.
- The position also requires at least two-(2) years of experience in a long-term care facility.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to pass a fingerprint-based background check.
- Authorized to work in the US for any employer.
Position Summary: As a Medical Records Manager, you will maintain and organize critical healthcare documentation. Your responsibilities encompass overseeing the census, managing resident discharges, and attending meetings. Collect and process closed charts, ensuring the meticulous breakdown and organization of documents, including identifying missing information. Data entry, chart processing, and file maintenance, all while demonstrating independent decision-making skills and discretion in the medical records department.

Pay: $47,840.00 - $60,000.00 per year
