Recruitment & Hiring Process Leadership
- Oversee the district's recruitment and hiring processes from request through onboarding handoff
- Ensure hiring workflows are followed consistently across schools and departments
- Manage position postings, candidate movement, and overall hiring process coordination
- Support timely and organized movement of candidates through the hiring pipeline
- Ensure hiring leaders understand where their role begins and ends within the hiring process
- Support coordination of internal transfer and promotion processes, ensuring appropriate alignment with HR Operations and HRBP where workforce planning or employee relations context is present
- Support sourcing and recruiting efforts for district positions
- Help identify strategies for hard-to-fill roles and priority staffing needs
- Coordinate or support recruiting events, outreach efforts, and job fairs
- Maintain visibility into hiring trends, vacancies, and recruiting needs across the district
- Support principals, supervisors, and department leaders throughout the hiring process
- Help leaders navigate timelines, process steps, and candidate movement
- Ensure leaders understand their role in interviews, selection, and final hiring decisions
- Supervise Talent Acquisition staff and support effective workload distribution
- Ensure strong coordination with HR Operations and HR School Partners as needed
- Support onboarding handoff and hiring-related internal communication
- Help ensure the hiring process moves clearly from staffing need to employee start
- Help improve hiring systems, communication, and overall candidate experience
- Identify workflow gaps, bottlenecks, or process improvements related to recruiting and hiring
- Support a hiring experience that is clear, timely, and professional for candidates and leaders
- Other duties as assigned

- Supervises Talent Acquisition staff
- Supports hiring activity across schools, departments, and district functions
- 3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR operations
- Experience coordinating or managing hiring processes
- Experience in K12 education, public sector hiring, or a multi-site organization
- Experience supervising staff or leading recruitment efforts
- Familiarity with hiring systems, applicant tracking, or position management workflows
- Strategic thinking and recruitment planning skills
- Ability to build effective working relationships with partners and direct reports
- Organization and process management
- Strong communication and responsiveness
- Ability to manage timelines and competing priorities

Salary : $27 - $30
