Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Special Education, Educational Leadership, or related field.
- Valid administrative credential/certification as required by state law.
- Minimum of 5 years successful experience in special education teaching, coordination, or administration.
- In-depth knowledge of special education law, best practices, and inclusive education.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including families, educators, and community partners.
Salary : $115,000 - $165,000
