With a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $95,000 ANNUALLY, you will be rewarded for your dedication and commitment to quality patient care.

About the Role:

As an MDS Nurse, you will be responsible for conducting thorough and accurate assessments of our patients' medical, social, and psychological needs. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support. Your expertise in gerontological nursing will be crucial in identifying areas for improvement and driving positive outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough and accurate assessments of patients' medical, social, and psychological needs

Requirements:

• 1 year of minimum experience in a healthcare setting

• HIGH_SCHOOL level of education

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio
