Exceptional earning potential with a competitive base hourly rate and with overtime and annual performance bonuses, as well as an additional completion of one year of service bonus of $5000.00 for new hires.Primary work will be within our brands operating at airports, fire fighting academies, military bases, and steel mills.We are looking for Field Service or Industrial Service Technicians preferably with at least 5 years experience working in an industrial setting with the ability to work independently and/or supervise a crew. Experience travelling professionally nationwide and knowledge of the steel industry and or public safety/fire safety equipment will be immediately considered as a preference.On the road 55-65% of time on an annual basis, remainder working in Imperial PA Workshop. Home most weekends. $65,000 - $80,000/yr plus overtimeDuties and responsibilities: -perform on site planned maintenance, repairs and installation of equipment working independently or supervising a crew- ability to interpret and understand wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings and other technical documentation -prepare proper required documentation and tools to take to customer site -act as liaison to the customer to explain problems, repair work, and maintenance requirements -prepare service/time reports and acceptance report for customer's approval -be prepared for planned and emergency travelling to customer sitesPreferred experience: -previous maintenance experience with industrial or production machinery -mechanical and electrical knowledge -customer service and relations -ability to perform electrical troubleshooting -ability to work independently and/or supervise a crew- possess up to date drivers license with no physical limitations and no past criminal history that would prohibit entry to military bases or secure work sites- physical ability to travel by airplanes and vehicle for extended period of timeAdded value requirements: -automation technician, industrial mechanic with flair for electrical systems, industrial electrician or similar.
