About Us
Wickstone Hot Tub Service specializes in professional hot tub and spa maintenance, repairs, and water care solutions. We take pride in reliable service, technical expertise, and building long-term customer relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair hot tubs and
spa equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and water care services
- Troubleshoot pumps, heaters, controls, and plumbing systems
- Educate customers on proper spa operation and maintenance
- Maintain accurate service records and parts inventory
- Represent the company professionally at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Mechanical aptitude (electrical and plumbing knowledge a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with in a team environment as well as independently and manage your schedule
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors year-round
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Previous hot tub, pool, HVAC, appliance repair, or electrical experience is preferred but not required — we’re willing to train the right person.
