What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staining and Painting Crew Member position at Alpine Log & Timber Finishes?
We are looking for a reliable new employee to join our experienced crew working on log / timber homes, painting exteriors / interiors, and other interior finishes.
Work includes: sanding prep, power washing, masking, staining, painting, chinking, caulking, and other duties.
The jobs are MOSTLY in the foothills including: Golden, Evergreen, Conifer, Bailey, Morrison. There are other jobs in farther areas in which some drive time is paid. These can be discussed during interview.
OVERTIME pay (1.5x) for over 40 hours / week.
BONUSES paid for exceptional work and team meeting schedule.
The following requirements are necessary for this position:
1. Must have operable vehicle that is current on registration and insurance.
2. Excellent English speaking.
3. Must be available from 8am - 4-6pm Monday - Friday. Weekend (overtime) work possible. May be necessary due to weather during week.
4. Previous professional painting experience is a plus and can qualify for higher pay. References will be necessary to qualify.
5. Able to take direction and cooperate with the team.
6. Be presentable to clients with proper work clothes, boots and/or work shoes.=
7. Overall great attitude and fantastic team player that wants to learn a unique trade.
8. Job can be seasonal until November. Long term position also available.
