Job Duties:
· Supervises assigned learners throughout the day
· Implements instructional programs
· Provides job coaching at Supported Employment/Volunteer sites
· Conducts discrete trials
· Performs chaining techniques in order to teach more complex tasks
· Executes prompting (e.g., modeling, manual guidance, verbal)
· Provides incidental teaching learning opportunities
· Provides systematic desensitization exposures
· Collects, summarizes, and reports data
· Manages problem behaviors and implements behavior reduction programs
· Reports emergencies and injuries as per ALG policies and procedures
· Attends staff meetings and in-service training sessions (including crisis intervention).
· Recommends materials, equipment, and supplies.
· Carries out other duties as may be requested by the Clinical Supervisors
· Contributes to the overall development of instructional and treatment programs
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma
· Experience working with adult learners with disabilities (preferred)
· Experience working with learners with autism (preferred)
· Valid Current NJ driver's license
Clearances: DDD Criminal Background Fingerprint Check, Mantoux TB Test, CARI Check, Citizenship Status (I-9), Drug Screening, Motor Vehicle Check

Salary : $43,000 - $46,000
