Alpine Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for a Sales Consultant.
Essential Duties
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Achieving the budgeted sales and gross margin dollars outlined in the company plan, and technician generated leads according to plan.
- Ensure that, if the replacement business is slow, outbound calls are being made to generate leads.
- Work very closely with the General Manager and Install Manager to coordinate sales and production to achieve the budgeted levels of production.
- Depending on call volume, shoot for 2 - 3 sales calls a day.
- Ensure that each Comfort Advisor is fully trained in their required contributions to achieving the company plan.
- Ensuring company professionalism, 100% satisfaction and commitment to the company’s clients, as well as showing a positive team attitude in all dealings with other team members.
- Attend monthly manager meetings, monthly team meetings, and safety meetings.
- Complete other duties as assigned by the General Manager and/or Owner.
- Adhere to and display the companies Mission Statement, Vision Statement, and Core Values.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work
