Key Responsibilities
- Guide guests through the BMW ownership journey — from first conversation to delivery and beyond
- Prepare for each appointment to respect the guest’s time and preferences
- Present vehicles, features, and options with clarity and confidence — never pressure
- Use CRM tools to manage follow-up, appointments, and long-term relationships
- Coordinate clean handoffs to finance and delivery for a seamless experience
- Build repeat and referral business through trust, consistency, and hospitality

Qualifications
