Shift: per diem team members do not have a set shift and work as needed
Compensation: LPN $31 - 39 | RN $42 - $50
About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and team-oriented LPN and RNs to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality patient care. Responsibilities includes but are not limited to:
Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patient conditions, collaborating with the healthcare team to adjust care plans as needed
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents
- Respond to resident needs and emergencies promptly and efficiently
- Educate residents and their families about health management and care plans
- Valid RN license in New Hampshire or a valid multistate compact nursing license with authority to practice in New Hampshire
- Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred but not required
