What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- 3 years of event or hospitality sales experience with a strong record of winning business.
- Deep familiarity with the Ann Arbor and Detroit event markets — venues, trends, competitors, and key industry players.
- A competitive mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-demand, fast-moving sales environment.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and follow-through.
- Team-oriented attitude with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (HubSpot and Point of Rental preferred).
