Dental Front Desk; WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON WITH NO EXPERIENCE; must have good phone interaction and able to pick up quickly with software system.

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 7:30AM-7:00PM SHIFT AT LEAST 2X WEEK
Hours to be discussed at interview. We are looking for someone long term and whom can commit to a designated schedule without future changes.
Our favorite team member is moving out of state. Although they will be big shoes to fill. We are hoping for someone intelligent, hardworking, and reliable to add to our team long term.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients as they arrive, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the front desk operations efficiently.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services and procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Process payments and checking patients in and out of appointments.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and communication.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a medical or dental front desk role
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems such as Dentrix and Eaglesoft
- Excellent patient service and communication abilities
- Knowledge of dental terminology and HIPAA regulations
- Familiarity with dental billing and collection processes
- Ability to manage multi-line phone systems and maintain accurate medical records
