The Associate will work closely with the Information Technology Supervisor and the Fair Lending & Compliance Officer, gaining valuable insight into the Community Banking business. This is a seasonal, non-benefitted position.

- Establishes a working relationship with internal team members through effective communication.
- Develops industry foundation using available training programs and tools.
- Gains understanding of
- Provides support to the IT department through working with IT teams to complete special projects as assigned.
- Provides support to the Compliance department through working with Compliance teams to complete special projects as assigned.
- Uses numerous software applications to accomplish daily tasks with minimal errors.
- Gains knowledge of competition, profitability, and aligning department work with strategic goals.
- Regular and Reliable on-site attendance is required as an essential function of this position.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- High School Diploma or General Educational Diploma (GED) equivalency required.
- Bachelor's Degree (B.A) in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration required, either in process or complete.
- Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid Colorado Driver's License required.
