Alpine Aviation is seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Coordinator to work in our Springfield, MO facility who can accurately maintain financial records and data entry. This candidate will require strong attention to detail and adherence to financial policies.
- Process and verify all accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy in data entry and adherence to company policies.
- Receive items against PO’s
- Enter vendor invoices for received items
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Enter AMEX purchases
- Initiate payments- direct deposits, online, and checks
- Assist with accounts receivable functions and collaborate with the finance team on cash flow analysis and reporting.
- Proven experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or related financial roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting concepts
- Proficiency with financial software such as QuickBooks.
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy.
- Ability to perform account reconciliation.
- Strong computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office applications
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
Work Location: In person
