We're hiring a Project Manager / Estimator to manage highway and bridge construction projects from estimating through completion. This role combines pre-construction estimating, project oversight, and field coordination to deliver complex infrastructure projects safely and on schedule.

- Manage projects from bid award through closeout
- Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and material procurement
- Track schedules, budgets, change orders, and project documentation
- Communicate with owners, engineers, and internal teams to manage scope and timelines
- Experience in highway, bridge, or heavy civil construction project management
- Strong estimating, cost control, and project coordination skills
- Knowledge of DOT standards and infrastructure construction practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
