Responsibilities
- Lead retail construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout
- Own project schedules, budgets, and overall project performance
- Manage preconstruction efforts including budgeting, scheduling, scope review, and risk identification
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and project timelines
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and internal teams
- Support post-completion service and client follow-through as needed
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in fast-track retail construction
- Strong ability to manage compressed schedules and high-pressure timelines
- Experience working in live or occupied retail environments preferred
- Multi-site or national rollout experience is a strong plus
- Experience in preconstruction, including budgeting, scheduling, and scope development
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Comfortable with construction management software and digital collaboration tools
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Equivalent field experience will be considered
- Must be based in Minnesota or relocating to the Twin Cities area
- Base salary: $95,000 - $130,000, based on experience
- Performance bonus potential: 5% - 15%
- Total compensation potential up to $145,000
