We are a fast-growing construction & building materials company in the Bay Area, specializing in engineered wood flooring, windows, cabinets, and doors. Backed by AlphaX RE Capital, our business spans the full real estate cycle—from land acquisition and design to construction and property sales.
As we expand nationwide, we are looking for a motivated Flooring Sales Representative to join our team and help us develop markets across the U.S.

- Promote and sell flooring products
- Independently develop and maintain customer relationships (dealers, designers, contractors, and end users)
- Expand sales channels and partnerships nationwide
- Represent the company at trade shows, expos, and industry events
- Manage client orders, working with logistics and purchasing teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Gather market intelligence, analyze competitors, and provide feedback to management
- 2 years of flooring sales experience
- Strong ability to develop new business and close deals
- Willingness and capability to expand sales across the U.S.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel nationwide as needed
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license
