Position Title: Construction Coordinator
Department: Speed Construction
Responsibilities
1. Track overall project milestones and key dates across multiple projects
• Maintain master schedules, look-ahead timelines, and internal trackers
• Coordinate schedule updates between Construction, Design, Listing, and Materials teams
• Flag potential delays or conflicts to the Construction Manager for resolution
2. Documentation & Information Management
• Organize and maintain project documentation (drawings, specs, contracts, RFIs, submittals)
• Ensure the team is working off the latest approved documents
• Track document revisions and approval status
• Support document routing and signature workflows
Qualifications
Required
• 1–3 years of experience in construction, real estate development, or related coordination roles
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and project management tools
Preferred
• Experience working with Procore, Sage, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with residential or mixed-use construction workflows
• Understanding of basic construction terminology and project phases
