Responsibilities
- Manage and convert an existing database of contacts, including past clients and inactive opportunities
- Conduct outbound outreach through calls, email, and follow-ups to re-engage prospects
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Support development and delivery of detailed proposals and quotations
- Track all sales activity, follow-ups, and deal progress within the CRM system
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with domestic and international clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with technical solutions
- Participate in trade shows, client meetings, and occasional international travel
- Maintain consistent follow-up cadence across long sales cycles (6–12 months)
- 1–5 years of experience in sales, technical sales, or customer-facing roles
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with disciplined follow-up habits
- Comfortable managing long, multi-touch sales cycles
- Experience with CRM systems or willingness to learn quickly
- Interest in technology, engineering, or technical products
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
