Our team works across a diverse portfolio including land development, municipal infrastructure, drainage, transportation, utilities, and site design. This role offers hands-on experience and a clear path toward increased project ownership over time.
What You'll Own
- Support civil engineering projects across land development, site design, municipal infrastructure, drainage, and transportation
- Assist with technical work, including:
- Grading and drainage design
- Utility coordination
- Stormwater management
- Permitting and regulatory submittals
- Construction documentation
- Coordinate with clients, project engineers, contractors, and public agencies
- Support construction-phase activities to help maintain project schedule and budget
- Assist with permit applications, grant documentation, and project submittals
- Grow into increased project ownership and client-facing responsibilities over time
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- 2–6 years of civil engineering experience
- Candidates with 3–5 years of experience are strongly encouraged to apply
- Strong entry-level candidates will also be considered
- Experience in land development is highly preferred
- Experience with site design, grading, utilities, and entitlements is a plus
- EIT certification or active pursuit of PE licensure preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills
- Ability to work onsite, five days per week, in Maumee, OH

- Salary: $68,000 – $80,000, depending on experience
