Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and adjust production schedules based on demand, capacity, and material availability
- Coordinate workflow between departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Monitor production progress and proactively address delays or bottlenecks
- Communicate schedule updates and changes to relevant teams and stakeholders
- Ensure optimal use of labor, equipment, and materials
- Analyze production data to improve scheduling efficiency and reduce downtime
- Responsible for procurement, order supply and maintain invoices for submissions.
- Proven experience in production scheduling, planning, or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Knowledge in scheduling software & Microsoft Excel a plus
- Experience in printing environments a plus
