- Client Experience (The "Face" of the Shop)
- Be the one of the main points of contact for both new clients and long-term business accounts.
- Translate "ideas" into "specs” consulting with clients on paper stocks, finishes, and timelines.
- Manage the intake process using our MIS Software, ensuring every detail is captured for a flawless result.
- Work with the production team members to deliver first-class results and ability to step in to run projects when needed.
- Able to operate digital print equipment with an eye for color accuracy and alignment.
- Able to master the finishing touch: cutting, laminating, folding, scoring, and mounting.
- Maintain a "zero-defect" mindset—catching errors before they reach the customer's hands.
- Collaborate with the Production Manager to synchronize production schedules.
- Engage local and national delivery services to ensure clients get their projects when and where they need them.
- Print Experience: 1–2 years in a print shop, sign shop, or copy center is highly preferred. You should already know your way around a printer and the software used to create printed materials.
- The "Juggler" Mindset: You can pivot from an equipment challenge to a friendly phone call without losing your cool.
- Attention to Detail: You’re the person who notices a 2mm margin error from across the room.
- Tech Savvy: Experience using software from companies like Adobe Creative Suite, Affinity or others used to create documents for printing is a big plus.
- Reliability: We’re a small, tight-knit team. We need someone who "owns" their day and shows up ready to deliver success.
- Variety: No two days are identical. You’ll work on everything from simple business cards to complex wide-format displays.
- Impact: Your work is visible. You’ll see your projects out in the community every day.
- Team Culture: We value autonomy. If you’re a self-starter, you’ll find a lot of freedom here to manage your workflow while working with a team of like-minded professionals.
- AlphaGraphics centers (locations) are independently owned and operated. The posted positions are offered by individual franchisees who interview, hire, manage and pay the employees hired for positions in a specific local location (center) through their specific business.
