B2B Digital Print Production

Bay Print Solutions is a Bay Area based digital B2B digital printer serving the AEC and Color Graphics and Signage industries, and we are growing fast! We are looking for a candidate with experience in the print industry who can help us best serve our customers. Our current operational model allows for each of our team to be able to run a job from start to finish, and we’re hoping to find a sort of “Jack of all trades” type candidate to join us.

An ideal candidate should be able to help with a wide variety of tasks covering the following areas:

• Small Format Production (B&W, Color, binding, finishing)
• Large Format Reprographics (Printing, Binding, Scanning)
• Presentation Color Production (Ecosolvent, Flatbed, finishing, cut vinyl, color matching)
• Customer Service, including front counter, billing, and estimating
• Project Management
• Prepress (Primarily in illustrator)

We are primarily a Business to Business print provider who specializes in all aspects of printing, from construction plans to chains with nationwide retail signage presence. We have a large number of very high profile clients that we service as well as many smaller businesses that depend on our service for timely delivery of their information. We are looking to find someone who is willing to learn, great working with a team and has a fantastic attention to detail.

We are looking for self-driven people who do not need to be managed. You will work with the rest of the team to help prioritize what jobs need to be completed first and the team will determine who is working on what. If you need a babysitter to keep you on task, please do not apply. Most of us came from production management in a large corporation and started Bay Print solutions to get away from working with people who require managing.

Pay Range is from $25-30/hr depending on experience, plus full benefits including health care, dental, 401k and quarterly profit sharing bonuses.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
