Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Assist customers in placing orders, providing product information, and resolving issues.
- Provide estimates using company software.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with production and management to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Provide follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues as needed.
- Arrange delivery for clients when requested.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with computer applications. Proficiency with either Adobe or Microsoft software a plus.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
