Managing client priorities is dynamic and fluid so every day is different. And not only are we investing in new staff but new equipment and technology too!
As part of a worldwide franchise, AlphaGraphics Kansas City’s clients and projects vary from small orders of business cards for local companies to direct mail, signage, or graphics for well-known brands. What you will do on a regular basis:
- Operate digital printing presses and complimentary bindery equipment.
- Complete projects in a timely manner using our production process.
- Develop solutions and creative applications for using our equipment.
- Take pride in an organized, clean, and well-maintained production facility.
- Demonstrate the ability to work quickly and neatly while multitasking
- Basic IT, math skills, and ability to use a computer
- Ability to lift 20 lbs safely and work over a waist-high table

- Be willing to take direction. But … be able to work independently.
- Take the time to understand what you're being asked to do.
- Be willing to ask for help, identify issues, and learn from your mistakes.
- Follow a process, but be willing to adjust when necessary.

- Maintain a regular schedule to complete projects when clients need them.
