As part of a worldwide franchise, AlphaGraphics Kansas City’s clients and projects vary from small orders of business cards for local companies to direct mail, signage, or graphics for well-known brands. Managing client priorities is dynamic and fluid so every day is different. And not only are we investing in new staff but new equipment and technology too!
As part of a worldwide franchise, AlphaGraphics Kansas City’s clients and projects vary from small orders of business cards for local companies to direct mail, signage, or graphics for well-known brands. What you will do on a regular basis:
- Operate digital printing presses and complimentary bindery equipment.
- Complete projects in a timely manner using our production process.
- Develop solutions and creative applications for using our equipment.
- Take pride in an organized, clean, and well-maintained production facility.
- Demonstrate the ability to work quickly and neatly while multitasking
- Basic IT, math skills, and ability to use a computer
- Ability to lift 20 lbs safely and work over a waist-high table
Skills you will need to be successful:
- Be willing to take direction. But … be able to work independently.
- Take the time to understand what you're being asked to do.
- Be willing to ask for help, identify issues, and learn from your mistakes.
- Follow a process, but be willing to adjust when necessary.
- Communicate with your team members in a clear and positive manner.
- Maintain a regular schedule to complete projects when clients need them.

Schedule:
- 8-hour day shift
- No nights or weekends
Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
