The Event Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of event planning and delivery, working closely with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure every detail is covered
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with clients to understand event objectives, budgets, and timelines.
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, venues, and suppliers.
- Develop comprehensive event plans including logistics, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage event registration processes and attendee communications.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Event Specialist or similar role in event planning.
