The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating a variety of corporate events, including workshops, conferences, and client meetings. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure to ensure every event is a success.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all event logistics, from initial concept to post-event wrap-up.

• Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Handle event marketing and promotion.

• Oversee on-site event management and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

• Analyze event performance and provide reports for future improvements.
