Alpha7 Protective Services LLC is currently seeking reliable, dependable, and professional Flex Security Officers to join our team on a part-time, as-needed basis.
We are looking for individuals who have flexible availability and can report to different job sites when coverage is needed.
POSITION: Part-Time Flex Security Officer
SCHEDULE: As Needed / Flexible Hours
LOCATION: Chicago & Surrounding Suburbs
REQUIREMENTS:
- MUST be reliable, dependable, and punctual.
- MUST have flexible availability and be willing to work when needed.
- Must be available for short-notice assignments when possible.
- Must be willing to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have a valid Illinois PERC Card.
- Must have reliable transportation to assigned locations.
- Must maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
- Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
- Previous security experience preferred.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide security coverage at various assigned locations.
- Fill in for scheduled absences, call-offs, and additional coverage requests.
- Monitor premises and report suspicious activity.
- Follow site-specific post orders and company policies.
- Maintain professionalism while interacting with clients, employees, and visitors.
- Complete required reports and communicate with supervisors.
