What You’ll Do
- Perform roof repairs and maintenance on residential properties
- Use roofing software and scheduling tools to manage repair workflows
- Assess repair needs and recommend appropriate solutions to clients
- Assist in small installations or material handling as needed
- Communicate with homeowners and internal teams to manage scope and expectations
- Ensure safety, quality, and professionalism on every job
- Experience in roofing preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates
- Comfortable using technology (CRM, scheduling apps, mobile tools)
- Bilingual preferred
- Professional, punctual, clean-cut, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to learn and grow within the roofing trade

Salary : $48,000 - $55,000
