As a Project Architect, you'll lead architectural design and documentation from concept through construction. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are visually compelling, highly functional, delivered on time, and within budget. Responsibilities
- Design Leadership: Guide projects through all design phases—pre-design, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, bidding, and construction administration.
- Documentation: Prepare and review detailed drawings, specifications, and technical documents for submission and execution.
- Client & Consultant Collaboration: Serve as a primary point of contact, coordinating meetings, reviewing designs, and clarifying requirements.
- Site Oversight: Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and handle punch-lists or RFIs.
- Quality & Budget Control: Maintain high-quality standards while supporting cost control and schedule adherence.
- Mentorship: Support and guide junior staff and interns, fostering a collaborative team culture.
- Professional architecture degree (B.Arch or M.Arch), with an active architectural license strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 4–6 years of architectural design and project leadership experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Bluebeam or ArchiCAD a plus.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, codes, and documentation processes.
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, schedule, and budget.
