Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and monitor marketing programs for Alpha Videos vertical markets, solutions, and/or services across a variety of channels.
- Research and analyze market environment along with collaboration with Sales team, VP of Marketing & Sales, and product manager to define marketing strategy for lead generation, branding, and events
- Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media or digital campaigns and events to support defined marketing strategy by vertical, solution and/or services.
- Track, analyze, report and measure program performance; monitor ROI and KPIs and optimize for success
- Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, sell sheets, PowerPoints, etc. and ensure brand guidelines are met.
- Lead strategy, creation and coordination of digital content (website, blogs, website, press releases, etc.); working with content marketing lead/partner to schedule, develop, deploy and measure all content
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and all content.
- Coordinate and oversee the planning and logistics of trade shows supporting our vertical market teams.
- Create pre, at, and post show support materials
- Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs
- Establish and maintain our web presence to boost brand awareness
- Take ownership of and leverage HubSpot tool to support marketing programs; providing HubSpot expertise and collaboration with our team
Job Requirements:
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time and sometimes on a last-minute basis.
- Ability to grasp and utilize digital marketing technologies and software including knowledge of various marketing and analytical tools such as HubSpot Marketing & Sales Hub, Google Analytics, content management systems, SEM Rush, WordPress, etc.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data analysis for decision-making recommendations and adjustments.
- Strong strategic experience and ability to formulate strategy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
- Proactive, able to lead efforts managing multiple projects, adhering to budgets and working with internal and external partners.
- Ability to communicate and interact with staff across all levels of the organization professionally and effectively.
- Must be self-motivated, work in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi-task, detailed project management skills.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 5 years of marketing experience; preferably in B2B.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- Valid drivers license required.
