Job Overview

We’re seeking a highly skilled and experienced Journeyman Electrician to play a lead role in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical systems for industrial and commercial projects. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to delivering safe, high-quality, code-compliant electrical work.

What You’ll Do

• Independently install, maintain, and repair complex electrical systems and equipment
• Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics with accuracy and efficiency
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical issues in a timely manner
• Ensure full compliance with NEC codes, OSHA standards, and all company safety protocols
• Work collaboratively with apprentices, fellow electricians, supervisors, and project managers
• Provide mentorship, training, and oversight to junior team members as needed
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical skills and stay current with industry standards
  
  

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license (state-specific requirements apply)
• 4–5 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical environments
• Strong proficiency in interpreting electrical drawings and construction documents
• Solid understanding of NEC codes, electrical theory, and installation best practices
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
