What You’ll Do
- Independently install, maintain, and repair complex electrical systems and equipment
- Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics with accuracy and efficiency
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical issues in a timely manner
- Ensure full compliance with NEC codes, OSHA standards, and all company safety protocols
- Work collaboratively with apprentices, fellow electricians, supervisors, and project managers
- Provide mentorship, training, and oversight to junior team members as needed
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical skills and stay current with industry standards
- Journeyman Electrician license (state-specific requirements apply)
- 4–5 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical environments
- Strong proficiency in interpreting electrical drawings and construction documents
- Solid understanding of NEC codes, electrical theory, and installation best practices
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation

Salary : $56,900 - $70,300
