*The Role (What You’ll Actually Be Doing)

As our Chiropractic Assistant (CA), you are the heartbeat of the office. You’ll be wearing two very important hats:

1. The Experience Architect (Front Office)

• Greeting with Gusto: Welcoming patients like they’re old friends and making sure their first impression of us is the highlight of their day.
• Scheduling Ninja: Managing the flow of the office, booking appointments "like a boss," and ensuring no patient is ever overlooked.
• The Follow-Up Pro: Calling new leads and turning interest into appointments to help our community grow.
• Financial reports/Billing Wizardry: Confidently explaining financial options benefits so our patients can focus on healing. We are NOT an insurance cattle call office.

2. The Clinical Wingman/Wingwoman (Back Office)

• Patient Prep: Taking vital signs (blood pressure, height, weight) and recording medical histories with precision.
• Therapy/Nutrition Guru: Setting up and assisting with modalities like PEMF Healing Mat, Ion Cleanse detoxification, Nutritional supplements
• Education Advocate: Helping patients understand their care plans and the "why" behind their treatment.

• A Health Nut: You’re passionate about wellness and excited to share the benefits of chiropractic care.

The Must-Haves:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with computers and a quick learner for EHR software (like ChiroTouch).
• Excellent communication—both the professional kind and the "chatting in the lobby" kind.
• Ability to stand/move for most of the day (it’s an active role!).
• Ability to Multi-task like a MASTER

Pay Range: Typically starting at $15–$20/hr, with significant growth potential as you master the role.

Potential hours/schedule

Monday- Wednesday: 8:30-1pm, 2:30-5:30pm,

Thursday 8:30-1:00pm

Role Description

This is an on-site role for a Chiropractic Wellness Assistant at our Grapevine, TX location. The Chiropractic Wellness Assistant will assist in providing excellent patient care and ensuring a welcoming and organized environment. Daily tasks include assisting with patient check-ins and scheduling, supporting wellness services, maintaining the organization of the clinic, and providing outstanding customer service to patients and visitors. The role also involves helping with educational initiatives and community wellness outreach programs.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with patients and team members effectively.
• Knowledge or interest in Health & Wellness and Wellness practices, with a passion for improving overall well-being.
• Excellent Organization Skills to maintain an efficient and orderly clinic environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and uphold a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Basic knowledge of chiropractic services or a willingness to learn is a plus.
• Flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude toward learning and assisting in various tasks.
