Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves wrapping and preparing products for shipment, loading and unloading trucks, delivering shipments, and operating a forklift. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience and a valid forklift certification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks.
- Wrap, package, and prepare products for shipping to ensure safe transport.
- Operate a forklift to move, stack, and organize products and materials.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Accurately complete documentation related to inventory and shipping.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts as needed.
- Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Proven warehouse experience (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Valid forklift certification required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
