About the role
Join Alpha and Omega Computer's (AOC) growing team to retain and expand accounts while developing new business. You'll manage a small book of clients, run renewals, and prospect into target accounts with mentorship and clear goals.
What you'll do
- Retain & grow accounts: Proactive account management to drive satisfaction and expansion.
- Sales development: Approach and follow up on leads and prospects' inquiries to uncover new and expanding sales opportunities.
- Run renewals & light negotiations: Assess needs, set expectations, and process agreements.
- Build relationships: Engage decision-makers and users; maintain regular executive touchpoints.
- Product fluency: Learn AOC services and tailor solutions to client goals.
- Support marketing initiatives: Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and content by providing customer insights, assisting with outreach efforts, and helping generate qualified leads.
What you'll bring
- 0–3 years in sales, account coordination, or client-facing roles (tech/SaaS a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication; organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
- Basic–intermediate understanding of the tech industry; familiarity with SME/enterprise ERP is a plus.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Location & schedule
- In person at Diamond Bar, CA, Monday–Friday.
- Some traveling involved visiting local clients. Must possess a valid driver's license.
Compensation
- Competitive Base salary Commission.
- Uncapped commission after probation period.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $43, $66,000.00 per year
