Role Name: Scrum Master/Agile Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:
"Key Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership: Own end-to-end delivery of complex digital programs, from ideation through execution, across multiple product lines and technology stacks.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Product Owners, UX Designers, Engineering Leads, Compliance, and Wealth Advisors to define and prioritize digital capabilities.
- Technical Oversight: Translate business requirements into technical deliverables, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, data privacy, and cybersecurity standards.
- Agile Governance: Lead Agile ceremonies, manage backlogs, and ensure sprint goals are met across distributed teams.
- Risk & Compliance: Proactively identify delivery risks, manage mitigation plans, and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal controls.
- Client Experience Focus: Champion user-centric design and measurable improvements in client satisfaction, engagement, and adoption.
- Metrics & Reporting: Define KPIs, track program health, and present executive-level updates on progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Squad Management: should have hands on experience in Squad Management, Estimation Management, Resource Utilization Management
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10 years in technical program management, preferably in financial services or fintech; 5 years in client-facing digital platforms.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or PMP/CSM certification a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital transformation, API ecosystems, and cloud-native architectures.
- Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar programs with cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum, JIRA, Confluence, and DevOps pipelines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (SEC, FINRA) and data governance.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience with platforms like E*TRADE, Shareworks, or Morgan Stanley Online.

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
