The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. - Foster relationships with stakeholders to enhance project outcomes
- Analyze complex data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Mentor team members to build a productive workforce
- Communicate effectively to convey project goals and progress
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 7 years of experience
- Master's Degree preferred
- Certification(s) Preferred: Advanced certifications in cloud, networking, or service management (AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware, Cisco CCIE, ITIL, FinOps, or equivalent)
- Directing efforts to identify and address client needs
- Designing enterprise cloud and infrastructure strategies
- Aligning cloud strategies with financial governance
- Facilitating executive decision-making and framing design options
- Leading strategic design workshops and co-creation sessions
- Developing transformation roadmaps and aligning stakeholders
- Mentoring and advancing staff in strategy and design practices
