Entry Level Representative (AT&T)

The best sales leaders know when to guide, when to listen, and when to step in. Our next Entry Level Representative will oversee sales outreach for AT&T across the Las Vegas region. The Entry Level Representative will oversee a team, help refine sales conversations, and ensure our customers receive clear information about AT&T telecommunications products and services.

As an Entry Level Representative, you'll lead from the front, teaching the team how to properly position AT&T phones and mobile connectivity. You'll be the person the team looks to for guidance and accountability.

Core Functions of the Entry Level Representative:

• Engage in conversations with customers to introduce popular AT&T smartphones and simple data plans, and lead the team by example
• Recommend straightforward mobile options during sales presentations to create strong sales opportunities
• Walk the sales team through clear ways to present everyday benefits that effectively drive enrollments and sales
• Build team confidence through sales coaching that consistently turns customer interest into sales
• Advance sales by presenting popular smartphones and simple data plans that meet real needs and add clear value
• Conduct follow-ups and support the team in closing sales while staying focused on the metrics and KPIs

Preferred Skills of the Entry Level Representative:

• Experience in sales or a customer-focused environment is a huge plus and highly desired!
• Communicates sales goals, priorities, and expectations clearly
• Monitors sales activity and identifies opportunities for team improvement
• Keeps sales representatives motivated and accountable to sales goals
• Helps sales team members handle customer concerns professionally
• Leads by example in customer-focused in-person sales interactions

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
