We are expanding our team and looking for motivated individuals to join us as an AT&T Sales Representative. This is an exciting opportunity for an AT&T Sales Representative who is ready to grow, develop valuable sales and customer service skills, and contribute to a high-performing team.
As an AT&T Sales Representative, you’ll play an integral role in connecting customers with products and services that fit their individual needs. We keep our sales and customer service approach simple: become an expert in the products, share that knowledge with customers, and deliver a personalized experience from start to finish.
What You Will Do as an AT&T Sales Representative:
- Present AT&T products and services clearly, professionally, and enthusiastically throughout the sales process
- Engage with customers in person (in either English or Spanish) to understand their needs and recommend personalized solutions
- Utilize upselling techniques where appropriate with customers
- Become knowledgeable about AT&T products and services through team training and independent learning
- Participate in daily team meetings to review goals, discuss progress, strengthen sales and customer service skills, and stay informed about company updates
- Build meaningful customer relationships and deliver an exceptional experience throughout every interaction
What We’re Looking for in Our AT&T Sales Representative:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer service preferred, but not required
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Bilingual capability in both English and Spanish is highly preferred
- A willingness to learn, grow, and apply new skills in real time
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- An outgoing, customer-focused attitude
- A positive mindset and desire to contribute to a supportive team environment
