What You'll Own
As our Employee Relations Coordinator, you'll help ensure Employee Relations operates efficiently, accurately, and consistently across the organization.
Support Employee Relations Operations
- Coordinate employee relations activities while maintaining highly confidential records and documentation.
- Organize employee relations case files, investigations, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure documentation is complete, organized, and compliant.
Keep Performance Management Running Smoothly
- Track review schedules, performance evaluations, deadlines, and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate documentation for corrective actions and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
- Help managers stay on track throughout the performance management process.
Protect Compliance
- Maintain employee relations records in accordance with company policies and employment laws.
- Prepare reports, metrics, and compliance documentation using UKG and other HR systems.
- Assist with HR audits and compliance initiatives by ensuring documentation is accurate and complete.
Support Leaders Across the Company
- Assist managers with employee relations documentation and procedural guidance.
- Coordinate meetings related to investigations and employee relations matters.
- Monitor workflows to ensure deadlines and action items are completed on time.
Improve the Way We Work
- Identify opportunities to improve Employee Relations administrative processes.
- Help create more efficient workflows while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Perform additional duties that support the success of the Human Resources team.

What You Bring
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, HR Operations, or a related administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent documentation and recordkeeping abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience supporting Employee Relations or Performance Management.
- Knowledge of Hawai?i employment laws.
- Experience using UKG or another Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

Conditions of Employment
Employment at Alpha Inc. is contingent upon:
- Completion of standard pre-employment screening.
